Field Traffic Violation Report (FTVR)

Field Traffic Violation Report is a Hand held device used by police to capture various violations that is happening at the field, the data that is captured by these Digital FTVR are uploaded to the central server in real – time over 4G connectivity.

The violations captured on the field are called Field Traffic Violation, the high – level functions of FTVR app is required for the work and details as follows:

Capable of capturing photos
On – device automatic identification of number plates
CMS & work flow to assign FTVR records for verification to the backend operators
Integration with existing challaning systems to update the notices which is the result of the FTVR app
Extraction address of from RTO DB, integration with RTO DB
Links/web interface to view the proof of violation

Digital FTVR Application with OCR capability with required backend infrastructure including database
The backend image processing might be required for minimal operator intervention and accuracy of the data, we request you to look at GPU based object identification and number identification techniques
